Ordering Process

Private Chef On Site Service

Step 1 - Request an Estimate

Contact us by phone or email. Allow us 2 week advance notice.

Step 2 - On Site Meeting

We will visit your event site beforehand to plan your event and finalize all details.

Step 3 - Completing of Reservation

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit 50% of the total amount is required

to book your event for an available date.

Step 4 - Date of Event

Our catering team will be at your site at least one hour prior to your event.

Final count is due at this time.  

 Platter / Luncheon Box Service Ordering Process

Step 2- On Site Meeting 

We will visit your event site beforehand to plan your event and finalize all details

Step 3 - Completing of Reservation 

Final count is due at this time. 

Step 4 - Date of Delivery 

Our professional, uniformed delivery team will be at your site on time.

All residential delivery orders are curbside delivery;

drivers are unable to enter your home and you are responsible

for moving all materials inside the home.
